There is one belt on a fiero. You take off the passenger side rear wheel. you should be able to see the slider that the alternator is mounted on. loosen the bolt at the top of the alternator and then loosen the bolt on the slider. This will release the tention on the belt. The trick is going to be getting the tention right when you put the new belt on. You might need another person to help you by using a bar of some kind to pry on the alternator while you tighten the bolts. don't wrench on it too hard though. there should be aboout a 1/4 inch of play if you push in the center of the belt between two pulleys.
Yes, sort of, The clutch is different.

To change the V-belt and the other belt on a 1985 Fiero GT, first, disconnect the negative battery terminal for safety. Loosen the tensioner by turning the adjustment bolt, then remove the old belts from their pulleys. Install the new belts by routing them according to the belt diagram usually found on a sticker in the engine bay, ensuring they sit properly in the grooves. Finally, adjust the tension on the belts, ensuring they are tight but not overly so, and reconnect the battery.
