Open the door, support it with a jack, remove the hinge spring. To remove the pin, you should have to remove a retaining clip at the head of the pin and then tap it out with a hammer.

The upper hinge has two bolt secured bushings. Unthread the bolts, tap them out with a hammer and pull out the bushings.

Make sure the door is held secure, as it will be free floating at this point.

How do you change the door hinge on a 1990 Camaro?

The '90 camaro has three bolts that hold the door hinge to the body and I believe three that hold the hinge to the door. The easiest way I've found is to score the position of the original hinge location and remove the bolts with the appropriate wrench with the door open. Be sure to have the door supported because it will try to sag. Once the new hinge is in place, align it to the original hinges location and tighten your bolts down.
