You have to first remove the plastic cover that makes up part of the inside panel. It's the panel that receives the seat belt. This is probably the only tricky part. Once you get that off, simply locate the bolts that hold the seat belt system in. Unscrew them and take out the entire system. A dealer wanted to charge me over $100 to do this. What a scam.
