How to repair a 2001 Jeep grand Cherokee dual climate control system where there is no air flow through the system?
If you do not have air flow in the system, probably your fan controller is not getting any juice, to check look under the glove box in the passenger side, you will see a black box bolted to the HVAC module, there is a 3 wire plug that runs to it and 2 wire plug that runs from it to the fan motor, the 3 wire plug has ground wire on one external side, positive wire on the other external side and signal wire from the dual climate control to set fan speed, the biggest issue I've seen with these fan speed control module is that the positive feeding wire over heat and melt, the spade solder in the receptacle, so a good sound connection and resolder is the solution unless you have damaged the board.
