Typically it is not the motor, but the window regulator that has failed. In any event, the process is the same for all four doors (Aproximately) There is a comprehensive process to be located at www.lincolnsonline.com. Pictures, text, and all. I would add tht after replacing the nylon parts in the regulator, you pack it with white lithium grease, grease the cable, and grease all contact surfaces where the cable travels on the regulator.
