Why would lights clicker and go deem when car wants to cut off the car is an 1985 Chevy cavalier?
To fix the horn in a 1985 Chevy Cavalier, first check the fuse related to the horn in the fuse box and replace it if necessary. If the fuse is intact, inspect the horn relay and connections for any corrosion or damage. Next, locate the horn itself, usually positioned behind the grille, and test it by applying direct power from the battery. If the horn still doesn't work, you may need to replace it with a new one.
Would have been built for R12, can be converted to R134a.

The TCC(Torque Converter Clutch) solenoid needs a replacement. Chevy Cavalier is also the Cadillac Cimarron. Replacement costs anywhere from $150 to as much as $500 if you can find the right mechanic with the right price. I got mine done for $150 in Chicago. GM dealer told me $600
