First you want to buy a roll of masking tape and line the outside of the door where the handle is, sothat the paint doesn't get scratched. Now pull off the interior door handle, after removing it you want to remove the weather striping carefully not tearing if, remember this keeps the water and moisture out of your electrical components. Once this is removed you will need to look for a small hole towards the top right of the door, behind that hole is a bolt that holds the handle on remove that bolt without dropping it. Now inside the door jam there is another bolt remove it. Now that the bolts are out the handle will be loose, pick up in the bottom of the handle and pull it towards you while sliding it toward the front of the truck. Now you will want to undo the retaining ring on the back of the handle so that lift arm comes off, now the handle should pull right out. Hope this helps any the first time I did it, it was a headache I scratched the crap out of my door.

To replace the outside door handles on a 1995 Toyota T-100, first, remove the interior door panel by unscrewing any visible screws and carefully prying off clips. Next, disconnect the door lock rod and any electrical connectors if applicable. Then, unbolt the old handle from the outside, and install the new handle by reversing the process, ensuring everything is securely reattached before putting the door panel back on. Finally, test the new handle to ensure proper function.

I would find a replacement in a salvage yard and replace the handle. Or replace with door poppers
You dont. You just have to remove the glove box insert.
The inside handle has a screw at the base, just inside of the opening in the door. It can be reached with a screwdriver and removed to take the handle off.
You will have to remove the entire door panel to get at the screws that hold the handle assembly to the panel.
You have to remove the door panel...not easy, but do-able. Once that is off you can remove the door handle and replace it.
