but, I want to find different replacement front headrests that don't push my head forward, or learn how to rebuild the headrests.
Regarding replacements, I found that the headrests from my 2006 Silverado are an exact fit in my 2010 Impala, and they are straight up so my head is not pushed forward. Even the grey cloth color is a match.
