Setting the clock is very straight forward: 1) Start the car or at least turn the ignition switch to the on position. 2) Now that the clock display is visible, press the RDS button located to the right of the tape cassette slot. 3) The display should prompt you with "SELECT HOUR". Use the SEL up/down arrow buttons located above the RDS button to change the hour. 4) Press the RDS button and you should see the "SELECT MINS" Prompt. Again use the arrow buttons to change the minutes. 5) Press the RDS button to complete the process.
To set the clock in a 2005 Lincoln LS, turn the ignition on without starting the engine. Press and hold the "Clock" button until the hours begin to blink, then use the "Seek" buttons to adjust the hour. Press the "Clock" button again to set the minutes, and use the "Seek" buttons to adjust them as needed. Once set, press the "Clock" button one more time to finalize the settings.
