If the power windows and door locks are not operating in a 2001 Honda Civic, the issue may be related to a blown fuse, a faulty power window relay, or a malfunctioning master switch. First, check the fuse box for any blown fuses associated with the windows and locks. If the fuses are intact, inspect the wiring and connections leading to the master switch and the individual window switches. If necessary, replace any damaged components to restore functionality.
