Not necessarily. You may have a loose connection or bad ground.
Get a big hammer and start beating on the car from the front to the back and keep repeating.
when you try to start it then it's the starter.
You PULL or draw the hammer back to start the swing of the hammer on the initial swing, and pull it away from the impact point to start your next swing You PUSH the hammer forward to start the hammer toward the impact point
they didnt start making the beretta until 1987.
possiblly the starter or fuel pump is out.
Possibly sucked some trash from the bottom of the tank... or a clogged fuel filter..
Sounds like it could be your battery, it might just need a jump. If not try banging your starter alittle with a hammer.
Start(bottom Left)/Control Panel(Bottom Third of Right Column)/Color Management or Font.

start in the center then go to the bolt to the right top then bottom left then top left then bottom right and keep working ing that pattern until you get them all
If it will not start, Beat on the bottom of the Gas Tank, with a 2x4, if it starts then, it needs a new Fuel Pump.
