Freeze 12 is a replacment for R12. They are not the same thing. How well Freeze 12 works, I cannot say.
Freeze12 would be only one that I would recommend.........

R134a is the current alternative to R12. I have found Freeze12 put out by AutoRefrigerants.com. They say no retro-fitting is needed.
