obdii is part of radio,cluster fuse it is the 50's in its own holder
No, 1995 was OBD I. The diagnostc connecter is under the hood.
Oil in the electrical connector end is an indication of a failed sensor.
On my 95 pickup ,on right side of steering wheel under dash.
If equipped, it is under the dash directly to the left of the brake pedal. It is a blue connector.
Unplugged connector, failed injector, broken wire, bad computer.
Remove the door panel.Unplug the connector to the power mirror.Remove the three bolts from the mirror base.
If you look closely you will see a red tab on the connector, this prevents you from being able to disconnect it on purpose or more importantly, by accident. Slide it out of the way and you will be able to separate the connector.
