The pulley is part of the pump assembly. I don't think it comes off. The clutch fan unbolts from there. Is that what you mean?

Take belt off water pump pulley remove fan from pump (4 bolts) remove old clutch from fan install new with same bolts Put fan back on.

Well when my brother's Durango water pump started going out it started leaking fluid out from around the water pump. Also the coolant circulation get worse and will eventually cause overheating problems. Hope this helps.
