There is an opening in the "skid plate" on the front of the vehicle, you open it with a screw driver and it allows you to access the oil filter.
Yes it does. It is behind a small plastic cover under the dash and just above the hump in the middle of the floor board. It has 2 small screws that hold the cover in place.
