Yes, stock tires on the Sahara are 255/75/17, which is basically a 32" tire. You will have no problem with the 33"
When you first buy the wiring harness for your hardtop, you would have been sent a larger reservoir to replace the stock one that is used only for the front windshield, so there is one reservoir for both, only if you have a hardtop, your reservoir should be bigger hope this helps

Most came out of the factory with a Dana 30 front axle and a Dana 35C rear axle, though an option of upgrading to a Dana 44 rear was available, they are rare. Most have a stock gear ratio of 3.73.
I'm not sure about the 06-09 Wranglers but everything before 06 could accomidate a 31" Tire stock with no lift. If you get a 2.5" or 3" lift you can fit 33 inch tires

The rear speakers in a 1998 jeep wrangler are 5 1/4 The size is 5.5" but I installed 6.5" speakers to replace the stock ones, and i didnt do any drilling or anything of that sort. hope it helps
