Why would you need a diagram? The drain plug is located on the bottom of the engine, screwed into the oil pan. The filter is mounted on the engine block. If you cannot crawl under the car and find these, then you are not qualified to change your own oil. Pay someone to do it for you.

If you have not replaced the fuel filter in the last 50,000 miles replace it. Also replace the spark plugs and plug wires if you have not done so. Of course replace the air filter every 30,000 miles.

it may be one of the engines that dont have a drain plug exactly if it has a big plug on the bottom of the oil pan that the oil filter is in you drain it when you pull the filter (if the filter is built into the big plug on the bottom of the oil pan)
