pull as hard as you can up on the trunk it will pull it loose that's how i got mine open to fix it
Look in the trunk and pull the wire by the filler neck. It also has a labelled button on the dash by the radio.

Dealer can provide a replacement. I have been a Locksmith for 22 years, call a Locksmith and they can make a new key. There is also likely a trunk release button in the glove box.

there is a cable that runs from the trunk release lever to the latch inside the trunk. you should be able to disconnect it from the latch inside the trunk
