i have the same issue, jus hadmy car serviced and was told left tyres had punctures, im thinking it might be that. gonna get my tyres changed and fingers crossed it should stop making that noise. if not then off to the garage AGAIN

its your rear swaybar links had the same problem with my 96 sl2 changed them and that fixed the problem no more creaking

Hi, it sounds like a faulty wheel bearing on the passenger side (not a difficult repair), but could also be a CV joint although they usually click when worn out. Ray
