if it,s the same than the 1996, you,ll have to sit on the floor beside the car on the driver side with the door open. try to locate a square box under the dash between the driving column and the fuses box.it's pluged front direction wit2 clips,one under and the other on top. You can buy the replacing flasher for 13$ and it,s a 3 poles connection. you shoul'nt have big hand to do this.
