Standard fuel pressure for a 91 Pontiac Sunbird is between 50 and 55 PSI. This is the idle pressure to allow for maximum efficiency of the fuel injectors.

It's in the valve cover. Pull it out and push the new one in.
I would have the ignition module checked .
I have a 1990 Pontiac sunbird and i was only able to find one, it was behind the exhaust manifold on the block. I myself am having problems finding the other. I hope this helps.
The fuel filter could be blocked.
Usually at the firewall either passenger side or middle follow the heater hoses

You can find the starter at the lower front part of the engine. You can change starter easily any time it has a fault.
Heyy what year and what model? I have a '91 sunbird convertable that I did..if you want I can tell you what we did. and what is it you are looking for, where to hide the REM and the power? or what? How many subs? what kind of amp? and did you put and aftermarket in? I have a '90 Sunbird LE it not a convertable...... ya for sure i would like to see what you hooked up ya im just generally looking for others peoples set ups and ideas..
The 1991 Pontiac turn signal flasher relay switch can be found beneath the drivers side dashboard. The turn signal flasher relay switch will be above the gas pedal.
