Overdrive is normally allowed , if the overdrive switch that is located on the end of
your gear selector ( P R N etc .) is pushed , the O/D OFF light will come on in your
gauge cluster
If you push the button again , or shut the vehicle off and restart it , the O/D OFF
light will shut off indicating that the normally allowed overdrive feature is functioning
( sounds normal to me )
