I'd start with the plugs and wires but it may well be the timing belt. It could also be the lower air intake or the air flow sensor. You really need to take it to a dealership and have them diagnose the problem.

You hook the cables to the jump start posts under the hood on the passenger side.
The Concorde could misfire for several reasons. Start by checking for proper fire to the spark plugs. Then check engine compression to see if a cylinder compression is down.

almost all new cars have chip keys. it all depends on the year. the Concorde also has a separate chip that unlocks the ignition and lets you start the car when inserted.
COULD BE AT CERTAIN TEMPATURES THE STARTER SOLENIOD SEPARATES.
Have the trans computer checked for trouble codes. That will give you a place to start diagnosing.

There are a wide variety of possibilities as to why a vehicle will not start. A bad starter, timing belt, battery or alternator all could be reasons for a car not starting.
ICE IN THE FUEL LINES/FILTER. GET SOME HEET!AND ADD TO YOUR FUEL SYSTEM.
Very doubtful that an oxygen sensor would do that.
