This info in in the owner's manual and under the hood on a placard.
I don't think that you need to gap the plug if you get a plug that is specific to your bike. Mine has a NGK R6252K-105 in it. I think that is the same type of plug that they come from the factory with. If you're not getting spark then you probably have a fouled plug or something else wrong.
Thre is no gap on the plug as it a surface fire plug.

The plug gap for a 1995 model, 85 hp Suzuki outboard is .039 in.
If you just bored it once or twice over, your stock spark plug will be all you need. A NGK BR10ECM (or corresponding plug from another brand) with a .032" (0.8mm) gap.
