The piece across the Silverado below the windshield is called the cowling. It covers the wiper arms and is usually painted the same as the vehicle.
Between the bottom of the windshield and the top of the dash on the drivers side.

It is in the bottom of the plastic tank that you put the washer fluid in. Remove tank and look at the bottom of it and you will see how it comes out.

The motor is under the plastic grill that is at the bottom of the windshield. It's held in place by a bunch of plastic "rivits" that you have to remove to get the grill out.

The sensors are located at the bottom of the radiator supports. You have to remove the plastic windshield at the bottom (4 simple bolts). At the bottom you'll see the yellow plugs, small wire harness to on each side of the radiator
Not 100% sure but it shouldn't have a cabin air filter. If it does, you have to unbolt the black plastic cover across the bottom of the windshield and it will be under there.
It comes in through the slots in the wiper cowl on the passenger side. That is the plastic on the outside at the bottom of the windshield.
