Disengage - 2008 was released on: USA: May 2008 (video premiere)
my parking brake release did not take off the parking brake on my 2001 chevy s10? is there a way to disengage it?
To release drawer slides, you typically need to locate the release lever or button on the slides and press or pull it to disengage the locking mechanism. This will allow you to remove the drawer from the slides.
It should be automatic once in gear it should disengage, if not follow the pedal assembly up there you will find a small lever that if you flip it it will disengage it, watch yourself cause the pedal will just pop up.
you remove shifter knob, key on, slighty pull back on lever and lightly rap top of shift lever with soft faced mallet, this will disengage park but you nstill have a problem with shifter or possible brake light switch
The Cylinder - 1996 was released on: USA: 11 May 1996
Most likely, the clutch or the clutch pilot bearing is dragging. This is caused by clutch hydraulic leaks not letting the clutch fully disengage or the clutch pressure plate/disc/flywheel is warped. Crawl under the car, (engine off)have a friend push/release pedal, see if slave cylinder throw seems adequate and look for leaks. If throw is short, problem is in the clutch hydraulics; if throw is normal, problem is the clutch.
There are at least two different designs for this revolver- one WITH acylinder release latch, one without. The cylinder release is a checkered metal plate on the left side, above the trigger. Push the release forward, and swing the cylinder out to the left. For the version with no cylinder release latch, grasp the extractor rod (thin rod that sticks out of the front of the cylinder) between thumb and finger, pull forward, and while holding, swing cylinder out to left.
If it's a modern revolver, you activate the cylinder release, open the cylinder, and push the ejector rod.

Service brakes - replace Master cylinder Parking brake- either lubricate or replace cables ; I had a similar problem with my 1999 Chevy blazer, i ended up replacing the caliper and have had no problems since.
