You have yo buy the Ford. Fuel line tool (take the cap off}. it slides in the side of the cupling or filter.They sell plastic ones at auto parts stores. match up the size slie it in and they pop right out don't forse them . But depresserize the system first. The connect has a spring thing in the center the tool pushes out of the way.slide it right down the line into the connect make sure the tool is the same size as the line Good luck Happy New year

The alternator on a Ford E150 van is replaced by loosing the retaining bolts, removing the belt, disconnecting the wiring harness, and unbolting the alternator. A replacement alternator can then be put into place and reattached.

It is located on the Left Side ( facing the engine) by the Alternator.
Remove the instrument cluster.
Wear on either the bearings or race.
I have a '95 E150 and a '96 E250, both are 4.9 straight 6 cyl. One has 1 O2 sensor and the other has 2, one on each half of the exhayst manifold. I believe the 96 has 2. but it is an E250, not sure about the '96 E150.
The flasher is located under the dash board on the drivers side in the fuse box.
