bulbs blown on high side or wiring shorted
One or more of the tail lights, head lights, or brake lights is out.
need to make sure power is getting to the brake light switch and abs unit
normal wear and tear. Brake light switch, bulbs or sockets.
If you mean the brake lights are stuck on, then check the stoplight switch located on the top of the brake pedal.
Some brake light switches are only adjustable once.
The reverse lights are not adjustable.
I have a 2011 Dodge Ram With Camper Shell. The 3rd brake light will wok but it never goes completely out. The 3rd light remains on very dim. Check voltage with brake pedal NOT pressed and you have around 9 or 10 Volts remaining on thus connection point. Any idea why and how to wire the 3rd brake light on this vehicle./
The "3rd" brake light has been out since at least 1994.
pull the light switch outward with clearance light or headlights on!
Bring to a shop that has an ABS scanner to determine the problem
i had the same problem and i replaced the sensor/switch on the brake pedal itself and got mine to work.
1997 dodge ram 1500 tried head light switch did not work.head lights and running lights do not work at the same time.
