Remove door panel, Remove clear plastic stuff, Move/remove rear window track (two bolts), take out three bolts holding the latch assembly on. The tricky part: there is four metal rods connected to the assembly with plastic clip on things. Pop the plastic clip off(only goes one way) and slide rods of of their respected holes. Pull out of the door and unhook the electrical connection. BTW its 10pm and I just did this in the driveway outside, mine sounds like a squelling pig.
