This fuel pump is in the fuel tank if you have a full tank its going to be almost impossible without a transmission jack or equivalent but if not full or less than half is still 160 lbs ive seen people take the bed off to change before I drop the tank just make sure to have a fire extingusher better to be safe to start separate filler and vent hoses from the necks at the clamps spay wd40 to ease claps and hose removal next support tank floor jack can work if not full take off tank straps wd40 on studs will ease nuts lower tank with jack tank will try to slosh back and forth rocking tank be careful after getting tank down about 3 to 4 inches you will be able to disconnect wiring and fuel lines wire harness has a red clip which can be unlocked with a small bladed screwdriver it only has to be unlocked not removed then squeeze connector and pull harness off /fuel lines have little clips that can be removed by squeezing with fingers or needle nose pliers be careful not to kink plastic fuel lines not easily repaired after lines and wires off lower the tank and place on ground then remove debris from around the retainer spray wd40 on the retainer an tap it loose counter clockwise to remove while not damaging its only plastic the pump should come with directions also a new tank sock or filter replace these aswell this job is made difficult by the fuel if you have any way to remove and store the fuel it would make it alot easier and safer good luck and just make sure to watch those plastic lines on the way back up to they dont like being pinched good luck
