rim size is either 15x7 or 16 x 7 and the bolt pattern should be 5 on 4.5" centers. 15" and 16" wheels were both offered

The proper rim size for this van is 15x7 o.j the tires are: 235-75-15 the info came off my 1995 ford van
15 and 16 inch.
Yes, you can use a 235/75R16 tire on a 1999 Ford Windstar, as this size is compatible with the vehicle's rim specifications. However, it's important to ensure that the overall diameter and width of the tire do not interfere with the vehicle's suspension or wheel wells. Always check the owner's manual or consult with a tire professional for the best fit and to ensure safety and performance.
Look at the side of the tire. the last two digits are the size of the rim.

look on your tire it will say r__ and that is the rim size. But if you don't have any tires my guess is 15" but that is only a guess. It couldn't be any bigger.
