It depends on what you crash into , a solid concrete wall with no " give " or another
vehicle , the collision has to have enough " force " to require the air bag(s) to inflate
You pop the bag open and capture the air
At a delta-v of 10mph
passenger side air bag circuit , high resistance or open
The pass side air bag could be unplugged or has been deployed and removed.
To inflate a speed bag, locate the small air valve on the bag and insert a pump needle. Use a hand pump or air compressor to slowly inflate the bag until it feels firm but still has some give when punched. Be sure not to overinflate the bag to prevent damage.
A speed bag is a small bag filled with air. A speed bag is used to help a boxer learn how to position their hands, help with improving hand and eye coordination and learn how to shift weight when punching or boxing.
Intermittent or Repaired Driver Side Air Bag Circuit High Resistance or Open
Passenger side air bag circuit high resistance or open
You might not find this answer the best, but to remove the air simply open the bag a bit and suck all the air out and as you are sucking the air out close it. I have found that if you fill a kitchen sink with water place the bag with the open side just above the waterline and zipping it closed while under water works great.
Placing a lighted candle under the open end of the bag will heat the air inside the bag. As the air warms up, it will rise and escape through the open end, causing the bag to move in the direction of the candle due to the air flow.

The acceleration is 0. That also means that the net force is 0N since the gravity Force is 100N down and the bag of nails is 100N, the air resistance must be 100N up to balance it out and create the net force of 0N
