Get a bottle/can of final polish rubbing compound. If you have access to a car buffer put the polish on the lens and buff it out. It will look like new and will last for a little while then just do it again as it clouds up due to the age/ weather conditions. You can buff by hand but it is harder and more time consuming. Also consider replacing the headlight unit.. theres loads for sale on EBAY You can buy a headlight reatoration kit, you can go to your local Wal-Mart Supercenter Tire and Lube Express which offers a headlight restoration service for $40.00 that includes bot headlights, or try to find 2 used lenses in a junkyard.
