I think that means you have a blown head gasket. I am no mechanic though.
It Means there is oil in your water, nothing else......
If there is water in the oil, then the head gasket has failed.
You probably have a bad turbo.

You mean like water in motor oil? Easy to find out: just look at it. If it looks like mayonnaise, there's water in it.
Oil and water do not mix; they are immiscible. This is because water is an inorganic solvent while oil is an organic solvent. Therefore, they cannot dissolve in each other.
You should change your oil in your new truck every three thousand miles at least. You should check your oil once in a while. If its a new truck check oil every month.
Bad main bearing, bad oil pump... both are possibilities.
