I have a 96 sierra 1500 ext cab 4WD. my tire size is 265/75/R16. if you have a 16 inch rim your tires should be the same size.
This matters if a 1500, 2500, or 3500...
3.9L, 5.2L, or 5.9L.
26 or 35 gallons
Those should fit, but the best tire size is the size it came with from the factory.

The factory rims are 16 inch diameter. 245/75 r 16 is a common tire size.
The standard factory tire size for a 1998 Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie 2WD is typically P215/75R15. However, some models may also come equipped with larger tires, such as P235/75R15. It's important to check the owner's manual or the tire placard on the vehicle for the exact specifications for your particular model.
