There should be a sticker/plaque on the driver side door with vehicle information including recommended tire inflation pressures for front and rear.
The correct tire pressure for a 1999 Corvette is 34/36 PSI. However, if you're using the vehicle for racing, the PSI should be above 40.

The correct tire size is a F70x15, but in todays metric tire sizes I think the 235/70-15 is a perfect fit.
It should have the recommended tire pressure on the side of each tire.
