I have a 2007 F-350 XL, regular cab, 8 ft bed, 4x4, 6.0L Powerstroke. When it was stock, I got 17.5 mpg highway, 12.5 mpg city, and a total combined of 15 mpg. It's not great but it's pretty decent for a stock truck. Now I have the Hushpower Exhaust System (Flowmaster) and it gets 19 mpg highway and 15 mpg city. That improved it a lot but if you don't like black smoke rolling out of your tail pipe, I don't recommend it!
