The relay switches in the glove box of a 1997 Blazer are likely part of the vehicle's electrical system. These switches are used to control the flow of electricity to various components such as the headlights, fuel pump, or cooling fan. They act as a bridge between the power source and the component they are controlling, helping to regulate the electrical current and protect the system from damage. It is important to properly maintain and replace these relay switches as needed to ensure the proper functioning of the vehicle's electrical system.
I have a 1997 Chevy Blazer 4DR and the relay is located underneath the glove box.
inside the cab.. open the glove box.. you will see in the very back a cover that says RELAYS pull it.. you will find three switches there.
it is in the back of the glove box there is a plastic door that comes out behind there
It is located in the glove box. Left hand side, up top. Fuel pump relay is the middle relay.
it is in the back of the glove box there is a plastic door that comes out behind there
Fuse panel should be located on the drivers side between the door & the instrument cluster. There is also 3 relay switches located behind the back panel of the glove box.
either in the underhood fuse panel of in the back of the glove box fuse panel
Fuel pump relay, horn relay, daytime running lights relay and if there is a fourth relay it would be for the power door locks.
