could be a number of things. the automatic transmission is messed up. (obviously) what you should do is find a used one on eBay or a local dealer, and if you know how, replace it yourself. they are pretty cheap used, and generally don't have any issues, but its probly ur timing chain or automatic shifter.
Or it can be your speed senor, it could be the cluster in the dash who's knows until you get it
