I have the same car and experienced the same problem. It is the heater core. It needs to be replaced or bypassed. To bypass and/or replace the entire dashboard has to come our. Make sure you find someone who will do it with grace rather than ripping it out and causing more damage to your cars interior. It is quite costly and labor intensive to replace I had mine bypassed for the time being. the bad side of this is I do not have a heater until I get the heater core replaced. Considering I live in Southern California I really do not need my heater.

It's a sealed system, there is no cap. READ NEXT BIT IF YOU HAVE COOLANT LEAK!!! *This next portion edited by separate searcher/learner* Thanks Clay for your answer, I found the same... there is NO radiator cap on this particular model/year. I searched for this information because I was caught in a bind and needed a quick fix until I could properly maintenance my vehicle and replace the radiator myself. My problem: I discovered a decent-sized leak (ie constant stream/squirt) on the metal, driver's side end of my radiator and needed to drive across town early the next morning for work-- so I bought a reputable brand of coolant "stop-leak" (Aluma seal) from a parts store, but when I went to put the product directly in the radiator (and NOT just in the overflow reservoir) as it specifically tells you to do, I ran into the problem of it being a closed system. I therefor improvised and bypassed this problem by loosening/detaching the upper hose (driver's side attached to the radiator) on the end closest to the firewall-- to allow for siphoning when you're ready to pour the 'stop-leak' product into the radiator. I just poured it in, whether it's the dry-powder form or pre-mixed form, into the hose, waited for it to drain into the radiator, then followed it up with a 50/50 mix of coolant/water to make sure it all made it in the radiator. I may have improvised here, but you gotta do what you gotta do when you're in a 'bind'. I may be an amateur when it comes to home auto repair, but this actually worked wonderfully for me and allowed me plenty of time to fix/replace the radiator properly at my convenience. Just an idea, hope it helps someone out there since nothing I searched for online helped me before I tried this...
I used to work at a salvage yard that also sold parts and what they used to clean aluminum heads with was this stuff called aluma-clean. Unless this is at home I would suggest B-12 Chem-tool which works really good at breaking down carbon buildup. Then use brake cleaner to rinse because brake fluid doesn't leave any residue.
Aluminum by nature does not "rust" it does oxidize; however if an aluminum wheel becomes stained by a rusting lug nut or center cap the rust can be rather difficult to remove. You may be tempted to use steel wool or an abrasive cloth, DON'T DO IT! Steel wool and other abrasives will scratch the wheel causing further damage. Dealerships and auto detailers have a trick up their sleeves and it's called "Aluma-Brite" It will take just about anything off aluminum wheels including aluminum oxide! However it is very acidic and it will corrode steel like nobodies business it also can cause some mild irritation of the eyes so use it in a well ventilated area
