Excessive wear on the idler and drive wheels of a contour machine can be caused by improper alignment, leading to uneven load distribution. Additionally, using worn or damaged wheels can exacerbate this issue, as they may not grip the track properly. Inadequate lubrication or using inappropriate materials for the wheels can also contribute to increased friction and wear. Lastly, operating the machine at speeds or conditions beyond its design specifications can further accelerate wheel degradation.
Mainly caused from excessive stress on the suspension ie. pot holes, bumps, etc.
Incorrect wheel alignment, either excessive toe-in or toe-out. This can be solved by getting your wheels tracked.
If you have the alloy optional wheels they should be 205 H60-15 but if you have the standard wheels they should be 185 75-14.

A simple machine made from wheels and ropes is a pulley.
The rotors (discs) of the front brakes are warped. It might work to unbolt the wheels and torque down the wheels again. If the wheels were not tightened in sequence with a torque wrench they could have been warped. If this doesn't help take the discs to a machine shop and have them turned.
Friction.
A machine for riding with two wheels.
Gears are used to change the direction or speed of a machine. They consist of toothed wheels that mesh together to transmit power and motion.
A wheel and axle is a simple machine. But it has another simple machine enet. Which one is it? A lever
