Check the switch first by bypassing if the others work. Start there.
i suggest try spraying wd-40 where the glass slides. if that doesn't it's gonna be the window regulator.
If you get no noise at all, then yes the window motors are bad. If you get noise but no window motion the window regulators are bad and require replacement. Look at Partspeople.com for new window regulator assemblies with new motors, should cost around $100 each.
