White smoke would seem to indicate (and the smell of gas would confirm) unburned fuel going through the engine. One of two things is happening, too much fuel is being fed into the engine or the fuel isn't being burned. I'm assuming a newer fuel injected vehicle here so if this is older and carbureted the answer might be slightly different. My first thought was a stuck or sticking injector. If this is the case, one or more cylinders are being fed too much fuel. The other is that a spark plug isn't firing. I would first check that all of the connectors were firmly connected to the spark plugs. Do get this vehicle to a mechanic. I'm assuming you don't have a way to check the fuel manifold pressure or for any trouble codes in the computer. This shouldn't be a high dollar fix but could potentially be very shortly. Too much fuel will first overheat the catalytic converter and destroy it, and it is VERY expensive. The excess fuel could also wash down the cylinder and thin the oil causing internal engine damage.
Sorry to tell you but you have a blown head gasket, cracked head, or both. The white smoke is coolant entering the combustion chamber. STOP driving this vehicle or you will destroy the engine. You must have this repaired and it is not cheap.
The main cause of motorbike smoke is when the diesel is being burned and used in the engine. This smoke causes pollution to the environment.
Blue smoke is burning oil.
blue smoke is oil. white smoke is water. black smoke is unburnt fuel
Black smoke from an engine is caused by unburnt fuel.
Because It Causes Lung Cancer, Ugly Teeth, And A Horrible Smell .
A: Usually smoke and smell
in a diesel engine, no power and blowing white smoke, indicates a bad turbo on the engine
only one of the reasons is that the smoke particles cling to your hair this causes it to smell and its poofs or fizzes because yiur hair and the smoke react.
Power steering line leak, need to fix as can cause fire.
White smoke coming out of a vehicle means you need to either get your oil changed or the oil you have is too small of a weight. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- If your engine is warmed up and blowing white smoke , it sounds like engine coolant is getting into an engine cylinder from a bad head gasket , or a warped or cracked head
Possibly a problem with one of your belts?
