You need to run a fuel pressure test on the fuel pump, It should have no less then 9 LBS. and no more then 13 LBS.
I would also check the fuel filter and make sure that it is not stoped up, Good chance that it is. You can find that up in the driver's side frame rail, behind the cab. You will have to slide up under the truck to see it, If you don't find the problem there, Then ask your question again.
