In a 2008 Dodge Avenger, you should add antifreeze to the coolant reservoir, which is typically located near the front of the engine bay. Look for a translucent plastic tank with a cap labeled "coolant" or "antifreeze." Make sure the engine is cool before opening the cap, and fill the reservoir to the recommended level indicated on the tank. Always use the appropriate type of antifreeze specified in the owner's manual.
In the bottle that has the radiator cap on it.
You should always use a 50/50 mix of antifreeze and water.
You remove the cap and pour it into the coolant bottle.
You put it in the coolant reservoir, a plastic container with a radiator cap on it
It uses green. Add it in a 50-50 antifreeze and distilled water mixture.
Gm Dex Cool or equivalent. The red color antifreeze.
That all depends on what kind of antifreeze was in there before. It comes stock with the green color. but if there is another color in there now either put the same color in or flush the whole system and put the desired type in there. If you mix colors your system will become clogged with antifreeze jello :(
Red, 5 year, HOAT type
A 2001 Dodge Neon uses red, hoat type antifreeze.
