You actually have 2. One in the engine compartment, on the driver's side. The other one is underneath the drivers side dash. You have to loosen 2 black plastic screws by turning them counter clockwise 1/2 turn. Then you can remove the large black plastic cover The extends from the area where the parking brake is to under the steering wheel column.
