Is your radiator full? Have you got a leaking head gasket?
You must check the coolant level in your radiator and reservoir. Low coolant levels can lead to overheating. If it's low, you may have a coolant leak that needs to be repaired. Good luck!
Possibly thermostat is slow in opening.
Did you do or have someone do something with the radiator system, if yes then the system isn't burped right. You have to remove the bolt in the front top of the intake manifold and keep filling to the top while squeezing the radiator hose to get the air bubbles out etc.
Check coolant level Perhaps thermostat is not opening to allow coolant to flow
