i just had that problem myself. if you remove the cap on the bleeder valve on the fuel line right next to the air duct fuel should squirt out and then drizzle with the pressure. to check this turn key on for five seconds to let the fuel pump prime. turn off for five seconds again turn key to on for five secs. after that press the nipple on the bleeder valve and it should squirt out, if not your fuel pump isn't giving you enough pressure and has to be replaced
The best place to spray starting fluid into your 2007 Nissan is the air cleaner housing. Remove the cover to the air cleaner housing and spray the starting fluid directly into the air filter.
Throttle body
Starter fluid should be sprayed into the throttle body intake. Spray in small amounts, as the fluid is highly flammable. Any over spray could ignite if the engine backfires.
The use of starting fluid is not recommended. Spray the throttle plate with just a quick squirt.
most times starter fluid is sprayed through the air filter,if this is hard to get at you can disconnect one large air hose on engine side of air box and spray in there .remember to reattach hose after starting before driving off

"Starting fluid" is typically a spray that is used to help get an engine to fire-up. The spray needs to be directed into the air-intake to get to the inside of the engine. Release the clips that hold the air filter housing top down, and spray the fluid into the rubber housing that leads towards the engine. Your Owners Manual will have illustrated instructions on replacing the air filter that will guide you. See "Related Questions" below for more

easiest and safest way to spray starter fluid is to spray it straight into air cleaner. you will not need to remove anything to do this and the engine will suk the fluid thru you really need to have the throttle body looked at ,as starter fluid is primarily for use in a diesel, not a gas engine
To use starting fluid on a Toro snowthrower, locate the air intake. Remove the air filter cover and spray a small amount of starting fluid directly into the air intake or onto the air filter. Reattach the cover and attempt to start the snowthrower. Always follow the manufacturer's guidelines and use starting fluid sparingly to avoid potential engine damage.
you may have a block in the line behind the pump stopping the fluid
if one spray doesnt work when cold, i would check that the fluid is not the cheap one that freezes easily
