There are many reasons that this could happen.
If the you don't hear the motor when you press the switch, the problem is electrical and you need to troubleshoot the fuse. wiring, switch.
If the motor does run then the most likely cause is that the small plastic gears inside the window motor are worn and need replacing. This is fairly simple if you have some mechanical ability. Complete motors or the gear repair kits are available at most parts houses, and repair kits are very inexpensive on eBay.
If the motor runs a little and stops then your likely cause is in the mechanical window regulator that actually moves the window. That is more work to replace than the motor but the parts are still very common and not overly expensive. This is still simple enough that it can be done by many backyard mechanics.

Hi, The problem with your pass side window is the drivers side power window switch. I have had this same problem on my 1993 Aerostar.
