Fuses are in place to protect just about every circuit in an automobile. About the only thing that is not on a fuse would be the starter. Technically, the fuses do not "control" anything. They only blow when something has gone bad.

This answer although technically correct fails to answer the question completely and it is at least partially due to the vagueness of the question.

Since the fuses do 'control' power to the vehicles many powered devices I believe the question is asking for a layout of the fuse panel to understand which fuses go to their respective devices. Normally this is found in the vehicles Owners Manual.

It will show a picture of the panel(s) location and their respective fuse values and function.
